Alex Valera led the Mustangs to victory Friday.The sophomore guard netted 22 points, including a pair of 3-pointers, as the Medford High boys basketball team stopped Swampscott, 64-48, Jan. 18.With the win, Coach John Skerry’s Mustangs improved to 9-2 on the season.
